The commissioners court may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district to:(1) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements for hospital purposes;(2) equip buildings or improvements for hospital purposes; and(3) purchase, construct, acquire, equip, or enlarge the hospital or hospital system, including medical or other health facilities for any purpose related to that activity.
