§ 1058.053

(a) To qualify for election to the board, a person must:(1) be at least 18 years of age;(2) have been a resident of the district for at least two years; and(3) be a qualified voter of the district.(b) An elective or appointed officer of this state or a political subdivision, including Upton County, is not qualified for election to the board.
