To qualify for election to the board, a person must:(1) be at least 21 years of age;(2) have been a district resident for at least two years; and(3) be a qualified voter of the district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
