(a) The board may appoint to or dismiss from the staff any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district and may make temporary appointments as necessary.(b) The district may employ fiscal agents, accountants, architects, and attorneys the board considers proper. (c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to hire or contract with technicians, nurses, and other persons or district employees as the administrator considers advisable.
