The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of:(1) Commissioners Precincts Nos. 1, 2, and 3 of Mitchell County, Texas, as those boundaries existed on January 1, 1967; and(2) Commissioners Precinct No. 4 of Mitchell County, Texas, as those boundaries existed on January 1, 1973.
