(a) The district may annex territory that is not located in:(1) Hansford County;(2) the boundaries of another hospital district; or(3) the proposed boundaries of another hospital district authorized by the legislature under Section 9, Article IX, Texas Constitution.(b) Territory may be annexed in one or more tracts.
