(a) The board consists of seven directors elected from the district.(b) Unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code:(1) directors serve two-year terms; and(2) a directors' election shall be held on the uniform election date in May of each year.(c) The election order must state the time, place, and purpose of the election.
