§ 1076.053

To qualify for election as a trustee, a person must:(1) be at least 18 years of age;(2) have been a resident of the district for at least two years;(3) have been a resident of the commissioners precinct from which the person is to be elected for at least two years, unless the person is running at large; and(4) be a qualified voter.
