(a) The board shall establish the district fiscal year.(b) The fiscal year may not be changed:(1) during a period that revenue bonds of the district are outstanding; or(2) more than once in a 24-month period. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
