(a) As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, the district administrator shall prepare a report that includes:(1) a complete sworn statement of all district money;(2) a complete account of the disbursements of that money during the previous fiscal year; and(3) the details of district operation during the previous fiscal year.(b) The district administrator shall make the report to the board.
