The following are exempt from taxation by this state:(1) bonds issued by the district;(2) the transfer of the bonds; and(3) the income from the bonds, including profits made on the sale of the bonds. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
