(a) The board may appoint to or dismiss from the medical staff the physicians, dentists, and podiatrists the board determines necessary for the efficient operation of the district.(b) The district may employ technicians, nurses, fiscal agents, accountants, architects, additional attorneys, and other necessary employees.(c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to hire district employees.
