(a) The board consists of seven directors elected as follows:(1) one director elected from each commissioners precinct of Parker County; and(2) three directors elected from the district at large.(b) The board shall declare the results of the election.(c) Directors serve staggered two-year terms unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code.
