(a) The board shall determine the type, number, and location of buildings required to maintain an adequate hospital system.(b) The board may construct, purchase, acquire, lease, add to, maintain, operate, develop, regulate, sell, and convey all land, property, property rights, equipment, hospital facilities, and systems for the maintenance of hospitals, buildings, clinics, structures, and any other facilities.
