(a) The board shall elect from among its members a president and a vice president.(b) The board shall appoint a secretary, who need not be a director.(c) The president may vote only to break a tie vote.(d) Each officer of the board serves a one-year term.(e) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term.
