(a) A person may not be elected or appointed a director unless the person is:(1) a resident of the district; and(2) at least 18 years of age.(b) A district employee may not serve as director. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
