(a) The board may appoint to the medical staff any physicians the board considers necessary and may make temporary appointments as warranted.(b) The district may employ fiscal agents, accountants, architects, and attorneys the board considers proper.(c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to hire district employees, including technicians and nurses.(d) The board may spend district money to recruit to the hospital staff any physicians that are required to meet the medical needs of district residents.
