To qualify for election to the board, a person must:(1) be at least 21 years of age;(2) have been a resident of the district for at least two years;(3) have been a resident of the county commissioners precinct for at least six months if the person seeks to represent a county commissioners precinct position; and(4) be a qualified voter of the district.
