(a) The board consists of seven directors appointed as follows:(1) three directors appointed by the governing body of the City of San Augustine;(2) three directors appointed by the Commissioners Court of San Augustine County; and(3) one director jointly appointed by the City of San Augustine and the Commissioners Court of San Augustine County.(b) Directors serve staggered two-year terms.
