(a) The board shall impose a tax on all property in the district subject to district taxation.(b) The tax proceeds may be used only to:(1) provide for the operation and maintenance of the district and hospital system;(2) make improvements and additions to the hospital system; or(3) acquire sites for additions to the hospital system.
