The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of County Commissioners Precincts 3 and 4 of Wheeler County, Texas, as those boundaries existed on January 1, 1963. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
