(a) The district may spend district money to recruit physicians, nurses, or other trained medical personnel.(b) The district may pay the tuition or other costs or expenses of a full-time medical or nursing student who:(1) is enrolled in and is in good standing at an accredited school, college, or university; and(2) contractually agrees to become a district employee in return for that assistance.
