(a) The board may appoint to the staff any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district and may make temporary appointments as considered necessary.(b) The district may employ technicians, nurses, fiscal agents, accountants, architects, additional attorneys, and other necessary employees.(c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to employ persons for the district.(d) The board may spend district money to recruit to the hospital staff any physicians necessary to satisfy the medical needs of district residents.
