As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, the board shall have an audit made of the district's financial condition for the fiscal year by an independent public accountant. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
