(a) The board annually shall have an independent audit made of the district's financial condition for the fiscal year.(b) As soon as the audit is completed, the audit shall be filed at the district's office. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
