A person must at the time of election or appointment as director:(1) be a resident of the district;(2) own land subject to taxation in the district; and(3) be at least 18 years of age. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
