(a) At least 10 days before the date of a directors' election, notice of the election must be published one time in a newspaper of general circulation in Wilbarger County.(b) At least seven days before the date of a runoff election of directors, notice of the runoff election must be published one time in a newspaper of general circulation in Wilbarger County.
