(a) The board shall elect from among its members a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer.(b) The offices of secretary and treasurer may be held by one person.(c) Each officer of the board serves a one-year term.(d) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term.
