(a) The district shall have an independent annual audit made of the district's financial condition for each fiscal year.(b) After approval by the board, the audit shall be filed at the district's office. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
