To qualify for election to the board, a person must:(1) be at least 18 years of age;(2) have been a resident of the district for at least two years; and(3) be a qualified voter of the district. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
