The tax assessor-collector of:(1) DeWitt County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in DeWitt County;(2) Lavaca County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in Lavaca County; and(3) Gonzales County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in Gonzales County.
