In this chapter:(1) 'Assessment' includes a reassessment or supplemental assessment.(2) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(3) 'Director' means a board member.(4) 'District' means the Southeast Texas Agricultural Development District.(5) 'Obligation' means an obligation issued by the district under this chapter, including a bond, certificate, note, or other evidence of indebtedness.(6) 'Project' means an agricultural project designated under Section 3001.110.
