(a) The board shall prepare and maintain an assessment roll showing:(1) the assessment against each property; and(2) the board's basis for the assessment.(b) The board shall allow the public to inspect the assessment roll. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
