§ 3001.213

Not later than the 30th day after the date on which an assessment order is issued, the district shall file a notice of the assessment in the deed records of the county in which the property to be assessed is located. The notice must:(1) provide a legal description of the property subject to the assessment;(2) state the name of the owner of the property subject to the assessment; and(3) describe how to contact the district for further information about the assessment.
