§ 3501.052

(a) A director serves a term of four years. (b) A vacancy on the board is filled in the same manner as the original appointment.(c) Except as provided by Subsection (d), a director may be appointed as the director's own successor for not more than one term.(d) A director appointed to fill a vacancy for an unexpired term shall serve for the remainder of that term and may be appointed as the director's own successor for not more than two terms.
