§ 3503.053

(a) Each director serves for a term of two years.(b) The board by rule or resolution may:(1) provide for the appointment of directors of the board in alternating years; and(2) determine the number of directors and the manner of deciding which directors shall be appointed in odd-numbered years and which directors shall be appointed in even-numbered years.(c) A director who is also an elected official serves for a term coinciding with the term of the elected office.
