The district may not relocate, adjust, raise, lower, reroute, or change the grade or the construction of a facility under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Transportation without the department's written approval. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
