§ 3811.051

(a) The district is governed by a board of nine directors who serve staggered terms of four years with five directors' terms expiring June 1 of an odd-numbered year and four directors' terms expiring June 1 of the following odd-numbered year.(b) The board by resolution may increase or decrease the number of directors on the board, but only if it is in the best interest of the district to do so.
