Katy Towne Centre Development District is a special district created under Section 52, Article III, Section 1-g, Article VIII, and Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
