In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'Commission' means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.(3) 'District' means the Lake View Management and Development District.(4) 'Improvement project' means a program or project authorized by Section 3828.102, inside or outside the boundaries of the district.
