The board shall nominate a slate of persons to serve as directors. The members of the governing body of the City of Missouri City shall appoint as directors the slate of persons nominated by the board. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
