The district may acquire, construct, finance, operate, or maintain any improvement or service authorized under this chapter or Chapter 375, Local Government Code, using any money available to the district. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1070 (H.B. 4727), Sec. 6, eff. June 19, 2009.
