(a) The district may be dissolved by agreement between the city council and the board.(b) On dissolution of the district under this section:(1) all money and other property of the district are transferred to the City of Temple; and(2) the City of Temple shall assume the district's responsibilities regarding all district contracts, debts, and obligations.
