1. Waller County Road Improvement District No. 1 is a special district created under Section 52, Article III, and Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
