In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'Bond' means any type of interest-bearing obligation, including a bond, note, bond anticipation note, certificate of participation, or other similar evidence of indebtedness.(3) 'City' means the City of San Antonio.(4) 'District' means the Espada Development District.
