The Espada Development District is a special district created under Sections 52 and 52-a, Article III, Section 1-g, Article VIII, and Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
