§ 3833.052

(a) To be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to vote in the:(1) city, if fewer than 1,000 individuals reside in the district; or(2) district, if 1,000 or more individuals reside in the district.(b) A change in the number of individuals who reside in the district does not affect a director's entitlement to serve out the remainder of the director's term.
