(a) The district may retain bus terminals or may transfer the bus terminals to the VIA Metropolitan Transit Authority or any successor regional transportation authority or district with the agreement of the authority.(b) The district may retain public parking areas, parks and open space improvements and public art, or may transfer these to the city with the agreement of the city.
