The City of Friendswood for any reason may remove a director appointed under Section 3837.052(a)(2) and appoint a person to serve the remainder of that director's term. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 438 (S.B. 1806), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
