In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'District' means the Pearland Municipal Management District No. 1.(3) 'Economic development corporation' means a corporation created under the Development Corporation Act (Subtitle C1, Title 12, Local Government Code).
